Being a huge fan of Mexican all-inclusives for their value, luxury and service, I decided on the Excellence Riviera Cancun for my most recent getaway. During my travels, I'm searching for resorts which offer something special.  Wow me!  From the entrance, to the pools, to the spa and the restaurants, this resort has it all.  For a fraction of the cost of many all-inclusives in the Caribbean, the type of service and amenities you will receive here will blow you away. Think robes and slippers in the suites, hammocks and Jacuzzi's on the patio, lobster for dinner (every night if you want it), top shelf liquor and imported beer (think Bud and others). The landscaping is gorgeous, the staff will bend over backwards for your every request and they make sure your drink is full as you lounge the days away on your raft in the pool.  It just doesn't get much better in my book. You really have to experience this resort.  Yes, the economy is bad.  Don't we all just need a vacation from it?!
